{"id":2737,"date":"2016-12-20T22:48:35","date_gmt":"2016-12-20T22:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/michaelmagrofoundation.com\/old2\/?p=2737"},"modified":"2016-12-20T22:48:35","modified_gmt":"2016-12-20T22:48:35","slug":"barry-tech-boces-delivered-cookies-to-the-child-life-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaelmagrofoundation.com\/old2\/barry-tech-boces-delivered-cookies-to-the-child-life-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Barry Tech BOCES Delivered Cookies to\u00a0The Child Life Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">On Friday, December 16, 2016, Barry Tech BOCES delivered <\/span><span class=\"\">approximately<\/span><span class=\"\">&nbsp;1,000 cookies that Chef Paul Magro and his students have been baking for the past few weeks.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Each year culinary&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"\">students visit The Child Life Center at Winthrop University Hospital on the 5th floor in the department of Pediatrics and bring smiles to countless faces.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">All the cookies were distributed by the staff to the patients, family members, to the staff on the unit, as well as the Pediatric ICU, Pediatric ED and NICU. The variety is amazing!<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Thank you to all who participate in this program each and every year.
