The Small Wishes, Big Smiles program is designed to bring joy and memorable experiences to children facing serious illnesses and medical challenges. Through this initiative, the Michael Magro Foundation will fulfill small but meaningful wishes that brighten a child’s day and provide lasting positive memories for their families.

How It Works

✔ Families or hospital staff can submit wish requests.
✔ MMF reviews and fulfills selected wishes based on need and impact.
